This product is developed by Gokokuya confectionary and Japan Airlines.
Yunoko is the scorched rice (Okoge) that is served at the end of Kaiseki course which is the sophisticated traditional Japanese cuisine.
The combination of the soup made from the boast of Japanese food culture, Dashi and Yamamusubi which flavored with fragrant soy sauce make an excellent comforting relief.
This light broth really brings out the full umami flavor of dried bonito shavings and kombu kelp.
How to deliciously prepare
① Put the Nori Soup base in a bowl, add 160ml of boiling water and stir well.
※ If the water is lukewarm, it will not work well, so be sure to use freshly boiled water.
※ Please be careful to avoid burning yourself.
② Just before eating, add the Yama Musubi to the soup, and it is ready.
