② How to Order the Items

Please print and fill out the JAL Shopping Americas Order Form, and mail to JAL Shopping Americas along with the original copy of the Award Gift Certificate(s) before the expiration date (6 months from issue date).
It is recommended to use Certified Mail or tracking services to prevent the loss of your certificates. 

No refunds of either cash or mileage will be given if the amount of the Award Gift Certificate(s) exceeds your order total.
If your order total exceeds the amount of the Award Gift Certificate(s), the remaining balance can be paid by personal check, money order, or credit/debit card.

You cannot make direct purchases from the website when using JAL SHOPPING AMERICAS GIFT CERTIFICATE AWARDS.
Your order will be processed and shipped AFTER the Award Gift Certificate(s) has been received and verified by JAL Shopping Americas
